Hospital records system on Pega

My first exposure to Pega in an industry setting, and the work that led to both of my certifications. The brief was a minimised hospital system: retrieve and manage patient and customer records, with the workflow around them automated rather than driven by hand.

Building on Pega meant thinking about the process before the interface — what the case is, who touches it, what has to be true before it moves. That framing turned out to be the useful part, and it is what I went on to certify in as a System Architect and Senior System Architect.

I worked alongside the team on the automation rules, then took the debugging and testing pass on what we had built.
